Brian Gordon and Vincent Medina are co-owners of Lotus Property Services, Inc. Known as “The Apartment Specialists,” they are real estate brokers and active leaders in the apartment industry.

Founded in 2006, Lotus Property Services, Inc. now oversees a real estate portfolio of over one billion dollars in value which was, in part, accomplished by Brian and Vincent’s commitment to quality and service.

Brian Gordon has a passion for real estate that steams from early childhood. After college, Brian worked for a few successful real estate investment firms then ultimately co-founded Lotus Property Services, Inc. in 2006.

Lotus Property Services, Inc. is a property management firm providing comprehensive multifamily management services, asset management and investment planning. Lotus has grown to manage over 2,500+ multifamily residential units and over 1 billion dollars of investment real estate.

Brian is a certified Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisor who enjoys working with clients to achieve their investing goals. As an industry expert, he is an annual speaker at the Apartment Management Expo and Building Expo.

Brian writes articles for the Apartment Age and Apartment Management Magazine. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker, income property owner/investor and holds active memberships in various industry associations.

Vincent M. Medina is the Co-owner of Lotus Property Services, Inc. and an active leader and real estate broker in the apartment industry.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and investment industry, his expertise lies in all aspects of commercial real estate, portfolio management, syndication and sales.

Vincent frequently writes for various trade magazines and translates his investment knowledge into interactive seminars that can be seen at trade shows throughout Southern California.

He is the past president of the Foothill Apartment Association and is a well-known industry expert who has sold and managed over one billion dollars in real estate assets.

Lotus Property Services, Inc. is in Arcadia, California and currently staffs 65 employees. It is one of the top industry leaders in the multifamily arena.

Vincent has been instrumental in expanding and overseeing the development of the company including oversight of asset and portfolio management services and has created a system of management unparalleled in today’s industry.

Grace Cheng

Grace Cheng is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Magna cum laude.

She is a California licensed real estate salesperson, certified in Fair Housing and an up-and-coming industry leader.

Grace has been with Lotus Property Services, Inc. for 10+ years and has moved up the ranks from Senior Account Manager to her current position as Director of Portfolio Management.

Having an extensive background and knowledge in business management, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of systems and management programs that create a streamlined approach to real estate investment management.

Grace currently oversees all property operations and the oversight of over 65 staff employees. Her hard work, perseverance and innovation have been advantageous to the growth of Lotus Property Services, Inc. and through her system of operations she has set the new standard for property management practices.

Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and family. In her spare time, she also likes to listen to a good audio book, catch a movie, or visit fairs and conventions. She also enjoys going on road trips and visiting National Parks throughout the country.

Sandie Perry
Director of Accounting

Sandie Perry has been with Lotus Property Services, Inc. since 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in property management accounting.

Prior to joining our team, Sandie worked for a real estate investment firm in San Gabriel Valley where she oversaw a team of account managers and office staff personnel.

Sandie holds numerous certifications and accolades in all aspects of property management ranging from accounting, human resources, property management and is a designated CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager).

She also holds a California real estate salespersons license. With Sandie at the helm and her vast knowledge in finance and accounting, she was instrumental in converting Lotus into an eco-friendly / technological property powerhouse.

Sandie was able to implement a new state of the art management software which has been invaluable to our accounting department by both improving rental collections and overall portfolio operations. She is a pillar here at Lotus and is a true example of honesty, dedication and perseverance.

Sandie is married with three beautiful children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for taking long road trips across the country to visit places off the beaten path.
